We accept VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, Apple Pay, GPay, Afterpay, Cashapp, Affirm, Cash, Zelle and in some cases Check.
Many maintenance and minor repairs can be performed within 1-2 days depending on our current workload and as long as all parts are available.
For those repairs that we can’t take care of on the spot or are better suited in a non-mobile environment, we have a location where you can drop it off or have it towed in if you prefer.
Due to our commercial insurance and liability coverage, we will not usually install customer supplied parts.It posses a potential liability risk for us, however there may be instances we do allow them (ex. hard to find, custom made etc). Any parts you purchase and we do approve to install, will have no warranty provided by us in the event of part failure. You will be required to pay the labor costs all over again to remove and reinstall the new part. In addition it will be your responsibility to get the part replaced under warranty wherever you purchased it.
When Kraken Automotive provides the parts, we guarantee the part and labor for at least 2 years. We take on the burden of any warranty claim, install and reinstalling the part and so fourth – limiting the burden on you.
You will be given an estimate upfront before repairs are made in most cases.
SHOP: Basic Diagnostic is $50
MOBILE: Basic diagnostics are included in your mobile service call. A portion of this however will be credited towards your repairs costs should you approve and proceed with the repair.
